The Leadership Team oversees the entire TEDx event - from setting the vision to coordinating departments, timelines, and relations. They ensure every part of the event runs smoothly and stays true to our TEDx mission.

The Marketing Team shapes the public identity of our event. They manage branding, social media, promotional materials, and audience engagement to ensure the event reaches and inspires a wide community.

The Operations Team manages behind-the-scenes logistics that make the event run smoothly. From scheduling and venue coordination to equipment, run-sheets, and on-day execution, they ensure everything happens on time and with precision. This team manages the most crucial role in bringing this event to life 

​The Lead and Head of Operations is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the operations team. They oversee the full logistical plan, coordinate with other departments, manage timelines, and ensure all TEDx requirements and safety standards are met. They focuse on high-level planning and decision-making, ensuring the entire event’s operational structure is organised, efficient, and aligned with the overall vision

The Assistant of Operations supports the Lead by managing practical, day-to-day tasks. They help organise schedules, communicate with team members, handle on-the-ground logistics, and solve smaller operational challenges as they arise. While the Lead develops the plan, the Assistant ensures smooth execution by keeping processes running and helping the team stay coordinated.

The Networks Team develops the partnerships and external relationships that power our event. They connect TEDx RHNS with organisations, speakers, and contributors who help broaden our reach, execution and impact.
